Hi there have a check on your front carpets see if there wet may be heater matrix?

If not is it building up a lot of pressure?

if you leave the cap off with engine running can you see any air bubbles or is the coolant pumping out the filler?

How's the colour of the engine oil should be black, any milkyness would indicate water in the oil.
